Phoebe Coleman offers a repair and re-conditioning service to keep your jewellery looking tip-top. Please get in contact at email@example.com if you're in need of our repair service. We can repair your items at a charge, which will be determined by Phoebe Coleman when the jewellery has been inspected.

Our rings are made using British sizing which is alphabetical. The chart here is an approximate conversion for European, American and Japanese ring sizes. If you don't know your ring size, please have a jeweler measure you before you order. We can make you any ring size in our jewellery workshop, but please allow up to three weeks for a bespoke size. Please see below for details on how to order.
Would you like a midi ring, a pinky ring or just a different size from above? Select 'Custom' from the option menu to purchase your bespoke size. Email Maddy at email@example.com or add it to your notes at check out, with the size you would like, along with the name of the ring and we will send it to you within three weeks. It's that simple! Please note we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom sizes.
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 to 5 working days, except precious stone and pearl pieces, which can take a little bit longer for us to dispatch. Adjusted items and items specifically made to order may take up to 2 weeks. If you need something delivered by a certain date, please contact us to check if we can guarantee delivery before you buy.
You have 14 days to return an item for a refund (excluding postage) or an exchange. Items bought with a promotional code or on sale are eligible for an exchange, but not a refund.
All UK orders over £180 are free to ship. Uk orders below £180 are £3.95 to ship, and all international orders cost £8. We use 'Royal Mail International Signed For' for international orders and 'Royal Mail Special Delivery', or 'Royal Mail Recorded Delivery' for UK orders.
We cannot accept any international returns at this time. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays. Any customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
